When you are in need of direct care for 24 hours a day, then a private nurse is an alternative. Our foundation offers both looking after and nursing of patients from quite young to very old, with the exception of maternity assistance.
For more than twenty years we have been taking care of elderly people and patients with acute and chronic illnesses, also patients who reached a terminal stage of disease are accompanied and supported in a professional manner.

Some patients might need our services only by night, others just by day or maybe both. By mutual arrangement your wishes can be converted into hours of presence. Our task is not only nursing and taking care of the patients, but also cooking, light domestic work, like washing and ironing of clothes, taking you for a walk, a car ride, and for instance accompanying you on a visit to a physician, to the hospital or to your family.
The foundation strives with art furniture and fashion to bring about harmony and beauty between everything that’s alive, so by the nursing the starting point is the promotion of love and freedom to be able to live together as worthy people on earth.

Concretely this means that you will be approached foremost as a human being, instead of only as a patient. It’s evident that we are much concerned about your illness, but naturally it’s all about you! You are the one who is suffering and who needs attention and care.

As a result of the BIG-registration all qualified nursing acts are allowed to be carried out.

Stichting Franciscus can organize 24 hour a day care or the desired number of hours per day, if necessary in cooperation with a mediation agency.
